Jewellery should always be taken off when you go to bed to avoid damage. Do not wear your jewellery when cooking, cleaning or engaging in physical activity. Perfumes, lotions and hair products can react with jewellery and cause it to tarnish; for this reason cosmetic products should be applied before putting your jewellery on. Water can damage your jewellery, so please take your jewellery off before showering or swimming. Store your jewellery in its gift box, or wrap it in acid-free tissue paper, and store away from sunlight and humidity. 

Jewellery warranty:

Our sterling silver and solid gold jewellery has a warranty of 12 months under normal conditions of wear and tear. In the unlikely occasion your jewellery requires a repair during this time, please provide your proof of purchase and contact us at info@ericajewellery.com.
